We’re looking for an organised and proactive Coordinator / Administrator to support our fibre installation teams delivering broadband direct to customer premises. You'll be the central link between office operations and field teams, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and progress tracking.
What We expect of you:
You’ll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones using tools like MS Excel and Project. Acting as the main point of contact for installers, internal teams, and the client, you’ll handle day-to-day communication and coordination. You’ll need to identify and resolve issues quickly—whether that’s delays, resource shortages, or conflicts—to keep delivery on track. Keeping things organised is key, so you’ll also maintain accurate documentation and progress reports, while regularly updating stakeholders on project status and completions.
This is an office based role with standard working hours of 8.00am - 5.00pm
